Behavior to Bind?

I'm trying to figure out how to bind one actor to another.

For example, Lets say you have the old fashioned square and circles board game and you are supposed to put those in holes on the board. Square goes in square and circle goes in circle.

When you try to place the square actor into the circle actor on the board, it wont fit so I set the collide rules to bouce. But how or what behavior do I use placing the square actor onto the square hole on the board so that it binds to it and I can then put the rules and stuff for the success portion of it fitting?

Does that make any sense?
