Hi all- brand new member here, sorry to revive such an old thread, but did you ever resolve this issue or does anyone else know why I also have received the same mail message from apple?

I managed to set up the gamesalad viewer on my iphone last night, and it all seems to be working fine, but I have since received a mail asking me to approve a certificate request from a member of my team (which happens to be me!)
Like xyloFUN mentioned previously, there is nowhere on the provisioning portal to approve any certificate

I've registered as an individual developer so I'm not sure what the issue is and whether I should just ignore this or what I need to do.

    Has anyone any ideas?
    Thanks
