Application Loader can not see my file name

Hi, i have redone everything and have all the correct names, sent my app back to GS server, received it and compressed it.
After creating the app profile, choosing the icon and screen shots on the apple itunes page, all i have to do is upload which i need a little help with.

Why can't app loader see my app?

    In itunes connect, go to your app, view details, scroll all the way down and click "Ready to submit binary" or something along those lines

    yes , i have done all that but at the end, i'm pointed back at the good old application loader which only has one line selectable from the drop down and that is a previous profile and not the most recent one.
    if this one last hurdle could be fixed, i should be able to publish?
