I'm not a Canadian, but as a United States Citizen, Apple was very fussy about the paperwork. I posted an article about the experience...

Before I even started, I realized that it's easier to register as an individual... but it's more professional to register as a business.

I don't know how it works in Canada, but I imagine that you'll need to register your business first. In the USA, my business was already registered. Heh, but the address was old on the business certificate. I had to update the paperwork before I could get started.

Yes if you really want to register as a business your best bet would be legal zoom and register as a LLC.

I thought i did all of this online when i setup with itunes connect? the only thing i had to fax apple was a business License.

I dont have a business license yet but if i can make an income with all the applications, then I will register one :)

Other than that, i just emailed Apple, explaining my situation so they'll probably get back to me tomorrwish?

Also, I've included a message for Steve the PAY US $99 for signing up as developers because of the complex way he wants that done. IF he goes for it, you all owe me large! ;)
