some chef help please on app loader

if anyone can help it would be a festivus miracle

this is the error (or actually no error) im getting after i send my file thru the app loader.this is what happens after "authenticating with the itunes store"

what is going wrong and how do i fix it please (tshirtbooth im looking in your direction since i followed your videos, which are super helpful and great)

I have no idea, but hope that having no idea and posting it will put this subject near the top where someone who *does* have an idea will share said idea with you and fix your problem!

You should try just remaking the app thru gamesalad. It was probably an error with gamesalad making your app not your app itself. Delete the Blank.app and Blank.zip Put the it the trash. Make sure you have your app id and bundle id the same. My first time it took me 6 times to finally get it thru, I literally pulled some hair out, I had like 5 errors, then 4, then 3, and so on until i got it. So keep trying and you'll get it. Then it will come easier next time.

ive tried 6 times now and still no luck. i sent an email to apple but still havent heard anything.

Well, itunes is quite crotchety sometimes. Images weren't appearing for a couple of days recently, for example.

Glad you got the problem fixed!
