Slingshot Templates

I have been using the basic "Slingshot" template on GS. Adapted to what I need. Thanks!

My question is I cant seem to get Rotate or Interpolate to work on the Cue Ball (actor being shot).

Is this another area that these behaviors wont work?

Check out this Angry Bird template from ToastKitten. It will slingshot from any direction you pull the ball.
