How can I stop my app from rotating?

I have just finished an app that I have been working on for a long time, only to find that when I turn my iPhone on its side (it is a portrait game), the scene rotates, showing the bottom half of the game only, with black to the left of it. The only scene where this does not happen is the home screen. This is a major problem which needs to be fixed before I submit the app to iTunes Connect for review. What have I done wrong?

Thank you!

at the second page of the build menu (platform page), click advanced options and then choose the orientations you support.. I hope this will help you! :)

Thanks, but I have tried this, and selected only the portrait view, however, the app still rotates for some reason. It also rotates in the GS Viewer...

If I remember... I think I read that you can change/limit orientation on the the app info in iTunesConnect.

also check your project's Scene attributes to make sure you only have the orientation you want for each and every scene.

Oh, and by the way, when you rotate the iPhone back to portrait, the app does not rotate back to how it should be. Which is why I don't think it's got anything to do with the export orientation settings… it's as if my app is 'cursed' :(

Go into EVERY Scene of your game and make sure the orientation checkboxes are set correctly. They are located under the Scene Attibutes tab.

Thank you FMG! That solved my problem. I always forget about scene attributes :)
