Itunes connect contracts?

in the tax contract in itunes connect, what am i suppossed to do to fill in if i dont live in U.S., canad-, japan, and the other country in that list? Do i just put fake info, because i need to fill this contract to be able to publish my game

    .... You're honestly asking if it's OK to put fake info into a legal document? :S How old are you?

    The contracts for AU, CA and JAP are different, extra contracts you need to fill out if you live in one of those places.
