That's strange, not sure what could have caused that... I notice the gloss is over it so it's hard to see, but the best way to see what an icon will look like before posting the game is to use one of the icon generator sites.

I'll see if I can find a link for you, but I would email apple, and try to update with a new icon.

have you tried removing the glossy app icon, it will improve the icon and make it look nicer.

I though about removing the gloss but I didn't know if that would work or if that was the problem

I thought about making a whole new icon but i'am afraid the same thing would happen again

When u install the app on Ur iphone does it show the same icon on iTunes?

it looks fine on my phone and in the app store on the phone but if you look at it in itunes on the computer it is pixelated bad very blurry

The icon looks normal (if a bit low-rez), but the gloss definitely detracts from the design. I think a bold, simple icon is always the best way to go. Yours has small words, which almost never look good at that size.

if you open itunes and search pop-a-bubble and look at the icon there you'll see what I mean you almost can't tell what it is

Apple does not edits anything, you probably uploaded something wrong in iTunes if it doesn't show Anythin wrong on Ur iPhone app then it's nothin to do with the file u uploaded, so upload the icon and make sure it is 512x512 with out editing the size

I hope your right i have an update ready and I havent sent it because I didn't want this to happen again and then I have to do an update just to fix it I wont use the glossy this time but i used a 512x512 last time and this was an update and the first icon was fine i didnt know if it was the colors or the use of glossy or what

There's nothing u can do unless you are 100% sure that Ur icon isnt messed up.Then test and see if it will work, I suggest sending a update And put no gloss and see what happens.
