INTERESTING! My piano keys can fly (except I don't know WHY???)

Hi,
i have discovered an interesting situation! Many have made a piano and I too am working on adding that instrument to my collection.
In an early layout, I've added 8 actors to a scene, spaced them out at the bottom and gave each a unique colour plus the piano sound sample to be triggered when pressed.

Here is were things get interesting!
After playing for a few minutes, a random key flies off towards the top .... like a ballon!
After another minute or two of playing (don't ask why i continued) another key takes off like the one before.

Unfortunately, I am not working on an app for those who hate to practise so that behaviour is no good to me!

This should be easy enough to reproduce if anyone has an hour to kill ...

For the real thing, I will use a png instead of giving an actor a colour attribute but still, it scares me to think that an actor just takes off at random :)

Also, I just received an email from Apple stating that the trumpet (my first app i've ever made with GS) is in review! YAY :)

    Hey John,
good to see you back! :)

I actually did all that and i found the whole thing actually amusing! It's every lazy piano students dream to have an instrument fall apart ....

This is actually not the real scene as i was just experimenting with the layout to see, if i can get around the black key issue. As you know, the black keys are "in between" the white ones and it is tricky to press those without affecting the white ones bellow.

Right now, i'm searching for a EULA i could borrow for my web page as i want to give away instruments (without the lessons/songs part) for children to play with but that is not as straight forward as i imagined. I need to protect myself or some nasty ppl can sue me maybe.
