Hello. Id like to know how can I create an elastic dragging system, similar to what is shown on this video:
- Watch after 5:15 minutes to see the result.

I have a template someone kindly uploaded (don't know the original location since GS moved everything) so I have zipped it for you here:

Think the actors do what you want ... you will need to pick around in it to locate the part you might need.
