I'll echo Quantumsheeps sentiments too... buy games you think you'll enjoy, and get the most out of your giftcard, rather than just buying loads of GameSalad apps for the sake of it.
Theres a great wealth of games and apps on the appstore that could keep you very well entertained for quite some time for $100....
