How to cause an actor to cause other actors to accelerate away from it?

I want to be able to cause an actor when touched to be able to cause the other actors to accelerate away from it, however I am not sure how this can be done. Can anyone help me out?

    You could constrain his coords to attributes then interpolate others magnitude to these.

    I'm also looking to do something like this. For example, an object overlaps with an arrow and then accelerates in the direction of the arrow.

    Any ideas?
