Hello there, how are you?
I have a question about images.
If I want an image of an object pointing right, and the same one flipped so that it point left, I must have 2 images (One pointing each direction) or I can flip it in GameSalad?
I Ask because my games have a huge size because of this.

Thanks.

as far as I know, yes you have to have two images. would be good if gs could flip though!

Hi MagoNicoals, yes, you're correct, you need both left and right facing images. There's no way to flip images in GS at the moment, but hopefully there will be one day...

If your image was the same top and bottom you could rotate 90 degree's. top down views of cars, trucks, planes, etc. would be a good example. but for most human or animal like characters standing on their feet you would be outta luck going this route.

You would have to make a copy and flip the Img horizontally in preview and then save it. So to answer your question, yes you would need 2 separate imgs
