Controller Button Scene Change Problem ?

I have a touch left right button controller that spawns in each scene. The problem I'm having is that when the actor gets spawned in the new scene while the player still has his/her figure on the button or has pressed it multiple times before the scene change in the next scene the actor moves through the scene by itself.

What is the best way of solving this ? Thanks Jel
