iOS. 4.2.1 testing

Did any one else have a problem getting their app approved because it did not work with iOS 4.2.1?
I have tested my app several times and it works fine but itunes connect tested it and they told me that my main actor freezes up. it goes up but does not come down. I tested it with iphone 3GS they have iphone 4.
