joystick problem controlling an actor. TSHIRTBOOTH

my actor is supposed to be controlled with a joystick, but i think i am having a problem with the angle because my actor moves inn a certain direction even if i move the joystick in another direction, and even if i don't move it. If someone is willing to help i'll send them my gameproj. file
