im about to pay the 99 dollars for my apple account and i was wondering how many devices can i test my apps on for example if i own an ipad and i get the new ipad coming out soon will i be able to now test my apps on that device or is it only going to let me use my first original device?

You can test on loads of devices, and add friends ones to test adhoc builds of a game. Or get beta testers from this forum
Or where ever and add their device ids as well.

you can have a maximum of 100 devices on your account per year.
