Conceptual art needs polishing: paid work

I have a few projects I'm developing, none of which are paid jobs, only good for exposure. To me, GS is a place to help you get what you need without having to pay (unless you upgrade to pro). I'd love to meet some people on here who would work for just exposure. Once I can get some feedback on how people respond to the artwork, I would THEN hire the person for a paying job. It's just hard trusting someone to deliver what's needed without any past experience, which we have all had to deal with I'm sure.
If you are interested, I do need someone to take our conceptual art and polish it up and finalize the frames, but it pays 10%, and is not a salary type gig. Now based on quality of work and response from the pubic, the rates would increase for later projects. Because only offering a percentage, I've been doing the artwork myself, since I'm a graphic designer myself.
