help detecting number of actors involved

I cant manage to be able to find a way of detecting more than one collision. I have multiple actors of the same actor type, and i have another actor that is supposed to change the score as an actor touches it or leaves it. I tried using a rule to test against collisions, however I cant be able to change the score once one actor leaves. I tried using the otherwise part of a rule to make a -1 on the attribute. Also, this method could only track one actor and not multiple ones.My actors are the same actor class. How could i make this work?
