Buying developers licence?

Hey, I'm planning on buying my developers licence within the week and was wondering if their are any guide to walk me through it. I live in Canada if that matters.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks. ^_^

    Hello, You need a Credit Card with your Name on it. The rest is pretty good descipted at the apple developer center.
