Drag to rotate

Im using Firemaples drag to rotate template and I was wondering is it possible to have the circle continue to spin after you let it go? Any input would help thanks.

    you mean you want it to alway spin in a rotation, then when you touch and drag it rotates to that but then goes back to rotating like it did before you touch it? Or do you mean wen you drag to rotate it you want it to keep rotating depending on how hard you flicked it.
