Using Presidents in Game design

just a quick question in regards to how serious apple are about using presidents existing living people and making a game based on them. ofcourse the use of actual images of real life people will not be used but for example if in the game the user was to blow someone up or chop them and they looked like a president would this get rejected?

    If the names were diffferent and maybe a different colour skin tone slightly or hair colour then it wouldn't get rejected. But I think that as long as the name is different then its okay to publish. The name can just have one letter different as well.
