Publishing app invalid signature

Hi, I am trying to post my app to Apple and it all goes good and looks like it works but when I go to iTunes connect to check, it has a red circle saying invalid binary, so then I check my emails and it tells me that the signature is invalid. I have checked all the developer provisioning profiles and it all seems to be good. Is this a fault on GS end or mine and what can I do to fix it?
