How to make multi lingual instructions? Can that be done?

Hey gang,
after studying the numbers my new girlfriend appannie gave me over the last several days, I've discovered that people in The Netherlands are VERY musical and love instruments!
No my question is:
Do you guys think I should provide "written" instructions with the game that, at least in part, cover that basics in German, Dutch and French in addition to English?
My market lies in Europe and i want to focus my next release, which will be my best work so far, for the European audience and thus, could use your advise regarding the language concerns I have.
To get to the point!
Does anyone speak/read and write Dutch or French (the European French, not Quebecish*
?
