I have updated my profil to professionnal, but nothing happens.

Hello

I have updated my profil to professionnal, but nothing happens.
No mail from gamesalad. No rule to create a promotional link, no indication where i can see the status of my profil ,,,

Why there are no difference with Basic Profil ????

    Yes, but i can't use
    - Promotional links
    - I have not "Priotiy technical support"

    I have paid 499$ and nothing happens

    Give it a day or two, and if still nothing happens, contact them, and they should fix it. Remember it's the holidays too

    when you open Game Salad... log-in... click on GS in the Finder menubar... then click About...your status should show in License:...

    and the Professional Behaviors should appear in your GS Creator under Behaviors > Pro Behaviors.

    Make sure you login when you launch GS, before you open a project.

    You can also check you have Pro but opening the GS App then in the top Apple menu go GAMESALAD > ABOUT GAMESALAD and it should show you have Pro.
