GameSalad always quiting unexpectedly

I am super eager to develop a game on gamesalad but every time I open gamesalad it quits unexpectedly. Does anyone know why it is doing this and how I could fix this problem?

what OS are you running? GameSalad requires Snow Leopard (10.6)
