Background scrolling

Anyone have issues with the background not scrolling in some scenes in my game the background is supposed to scroll to the right it does in some levels some levels don't scroll I cant figure out what is causing that error I have checked all the settings and compared them to the levels that do scroll and they are all the same am I missing something....

do you have x or y wrapping on? or a move attribute on the background?

the move attribute should be checked right? not unchecked

you can put if checked, it is true so it can move.
