Ladders?

Hi,

Does anyone have any suggestions for making a ladder in a platform game I'm making.
I'm trying different ways but they all don't work or look wrong.

There is no Move Up behaviour
At the moment I'm trying to get it to move upwards smoothly using an animation but I can't get it working.

Any Ideas?

He keeps falling off half way.
I have gravity is that what's effecting him?
