When touched move to front?

I have been trying to do this for a little while now, how can I make it so when a actor is touched it moves to the front?

    Hi Billyd1, there isn't any way of controlling layers in GS, I'm afraid. You'll have to make a workaround; either destroy actor and spawn a duplicate in front, or perhaps have a duplicate in the scene, off-screen, ready to replace the destroyed actor.
