Can you publish under any name?

Hey just curious. My apple dev. account is registered in my real name. When and if I do publish a game eventually, will it default to my real name? Can I publish it under any name, or do I actually have to own some kind of company?

Also noob question of the day, what's sous-chef? Just curious

    I can't answer your first question, but a sous-chef is like the assistant chef. So this is GameSALAD. so they use chef. The sous-chef is just a member of gamesalad that got invited by the head guys to be a sous-chef member. It is like a rank. It means they have done a lot with Gamesalad. The way I put it is kind of confusing but all it means is they have done a lot with gs.

    it will show your real name and the publisher name you choose. This can be anything you like.
    your apps will feature under your publisher name but your real name will be visible under seller.
