Mac App Store Pricing, Screen sizes, and Publishing

Seems like pricing is very expensive in the Mac App store, but I do see some familiar games that were ported from the iPad over to the Mac App store, and some as low as .99 cents up to $7.99 and more.

Wonder how long the price inflation will last, just like the iPad pricing started out initially high, and we're now seeing a lot of .99 cent titles for the iPad....

Also, some of the screen sizes for the Mac App store vary from Full screen to what appears like the size of the iPad screen.

If porting some iPad games over to the Mac App store is allowed in terms of size, this will make it much easier for publishing, especially if we have iPad apps that are perfect to translate over to the Mac App store.

Would be good to hear some feedback from GS on this if Mac App store is in our future. :)

Well, for the price inflation, might last awhile until enough apps get in. The main reason is the "Gold Rush" feeling. Once developers find most of the "gold" (sales), deflation will kick in.

Another score for a roadmap. No info coming from GS means we have to speculate. (remember how "pause" was "promised" for 0.9.0?) At least with a roadmap we can plan, the #1 big thing.
