Application Loader / Update Error

I'm trying to update my app and prepare it for a new version in itunes connect and gamesalad publisher, but when I go to the application uploader, I keep getting the error "this bundle is invalid. The CFBundleVersion/CFBundleShortVersionString inn the info.plist file must contain a higher version than that of the perviously uploaded version". Do anyone know how to fix this?

When you upload the bundle with gamesalad you need to make sure e version is higher than the one before, and hit enter while in that text box

Basically, 1.0 should become something like 1.1.

It seems like you need to update that bottom field.
