Build Apps on your Iphone???? Any One used these?

So these two apps claim to be able to build and then export your app to xcode right from your iphone for only $9.99 anyone used these?

    I use dapp all the time i love it. Its very easy to all you do is delete the .xib file from a windows based xcode project, delete the delegates and the main.m file, and go into the plist and cut out the reference to the xib window. THen you just drag all the files dapp emails to you when you export into the xcode project and your done :)

    I checked out both apps on the App Store, and based on the descriptions and reviews, it seems like Developer Toy is the better of the two, due to the fact that the description says you don't need to know any code and the reviews are all excellent. Has anybody bought Developer Toy and can confirm this?
