Price tiers For different Markets?

So as my always constant scheming to make app marketing more profitable. Does anyone know if its possible to set different price tiers for different markets. So say I wanted to get a ton of downloads in the UK and make it free there but then sell it for $0.99 to the US market. If it has tons of downloads in UK You can post in your description about how its in top 100 games in UK and maybe that will boost US sale or else where.

And I know it seem shady but marketing in general is a shady business and that type of stuff goes on all over. So please don't hate me for thinking this way. :)
