How can I not make my actor not slide while rotating ?

How can I make my actor rotate in a fixed rotation ( Anti or clock wise ) ?

This is what I mean , please check out this game and see how the airplane rotates when you use ( Up Or down ) to rotate it ( Anti , Clock-wise )

    Have your two buttons to rotate each direction. Then in your accelerate or move rule, whichever you use to make it go forward, in the behavior make it relative to actor and not scene.
