Large Scenes???-Please Help!

Ever played JellyCar??? The levels can vary in size.
-How do you make large scenes, larger than the available size?
-How do you move across the screen? (My control camera isn't working)

    click scene attributes and size and change it in there. Then click on the camera next to the mouse cursor on the top left of the scene editor and drag that square as small as u can
