Other actor's are moving with the camera how can I prevent them from moving like my main character bob jumps & they jump movable is unchecked need help

You need to make a new layer, put them on that, and uncheck scrollable.

On the topish left where it says game then scene next to it, click scene. Then press the + scene to make a new layer. Uncheck scrollable on that new layer. click on that layers name then go back to game and put your actors where you want

Or take the 'Control Camera' behavior out of those actors
