Target just UK users for Promo Goveaway

Yellow. Any idea how i can just advertise my promo codes to just UK users. Im looking to give out my remaining promo codes for my latest game 'Crossbar Challenge'. As its a game i think is attached to the UK due to a football show, i need to come up with a way to get only UK users for the promo.
1st i thought i would post on TA but dont want to anger people with it only being UK, if i have to, i have to! I'll probably just advertise as all my other codes have always been locked down to USA users so this one is just for the Brits. Then comes the question, how can they easily prove they're from the UK?
Any thoughts would be much appreciated, im trying to giveaway all my remaining promos today. Even if you're English and aren't particularly interested in the game, if you could take and redeem a code today that would seriously help.
