Can I make THIRD person point and click adventures?

Hello Friends,

I ask this because I haven't played around with Game Salad yet. Because I don't have a Mac. I've seen a few FIRST person adventures, but what I want to do is to create a THIRD person point and click adventure game in Game Salad. Like the Lucasarts and Sierra games of olde.

Is this sort of game possible with Game Salad?

    Yeah it's possible but requires quite a bit more work than a first person game due to more animations and getting the walking right. If your new I would suggest starting with a basic game.

    Would be pretty easy, yeah. There is a sample demo that comes with GS that shows it on a very basic level. Cave Adventure or something along those lines (I'm in recording studio so can't check on my mac).
    Once you have the artwork sorted it's pretty easy.
