Uploaded 3 projects and still processing

So I uploaded 3 projects and still processing. I tried all of the suggested tricks, reuploading, deleting and uploading and still nothing. I have only the express (99) dollar membership I don't need the 1999 dollar pro membership do I?

no.
the first time I uploaded a game it worked fine. I then deleted it. the next time I uploaded it was stuck processing. I had to upload 4 copies before it would work. Try uploading a few more (at least 5 total)
