When should i get worried?

I'm in the planning and design stage of my first GS project. I've been doing a lot of reading up on things as I think through the logic of what I'll need to do with my game. One thing that has me worried is all the talk about spawning actors causing performance issues. Is there a point to when this starts to be a problem? I'm interested in things like limits to numbers of actors and number of spawning actors in a game. Are there any guidelines as to what is recommended?

Thanks alot, I hope to become more of a part of this community as I see some awesome potential for GS.

I can usually notice a slowdown when there are 30 or more moving actors. depends on how rule heavy they are and on the device. Use the GS viewer and test, test, test!
