can I make Collision Shap to polygon ?
maybe triangle,star shape,or other custom shapes that I want.

    yes but they have ti be made out of rectangles or circles. and if its something you want to move then you would have to constrain those actors together

    I know what you mean.
    moving is ok, but if I need it to rotate,
    or I want to spawn it,
    how can I do ?

    I don't think you can rotate the whole shape at once. You can do it part by part but it would be a torture to your mind and any iOS device.

    This is a thing GS just can't do yet.. :)
