I caught some info on another thread here that mentioned that 0.9.1 will support the new Mac App store, but I believe I also read, before when the new Store was released, that Dev's are not allowed to publish the same game/app on the iPhone AND the Mac Store. If you take a look at the Store now, there's a lot of games that are the same.
OF course it would be awesome if we could release on both, possibly bringing in more sales and targeting different demographics.

A little info on Mac App Store Publishing - While Mac Publishing will be available for all the resolutions and form factors offered in GameSalad, we are introducing a new size form factor (1280 x 800) and we strongly recommend this setting for publishing to the Mac App Store.
Also, publishing to the Mac App Store will be very easy. It's just like our standard publishing to Macintosh, just with a couple of extra boxes to check.
We'll have a tutorial video, guiding everyone through process which will be going live with the update. We'll have a similar video for the pause feature as well.

Does the game automatically appear in full-screen or does it appear as a window first?
I've been trying to find on the Dev site what the guidelines are.
As far as the piracy goes, I'm not concerned. I have no doubt the apps will be pirated even more than they are on the Idevices, but people are going to find a way to pirate your apps if that's what they want to do. The super cheap prices of apps on the app store make many people just pay the buck rather than spending hours and hours hacking their devices.
The way I see it even if my apps get pirated on the mac app store, in many ways its just free advertising, especially for the Idevices. I'd be happy giving away my games free on the mac app store because if they are actually fun games many people will be willing to pay a buck to get the mobile version to take with them. Imho.
I think it would great press for the GS folks too.....with some splash screen options
