Help with Enemy Actors and Spawning

How would you make an enemy actor continuously spawn lasers or something? How do you make a enemy actor move back and forth within a certain area?

1. With a timer behavior, every X seconds, spawn a laser.

2. Is that certain area moving? can you describe it a little bit more?

The area would not be moving and it would just be a piece of flat ground. I just want the actor to walk back and forth.

Here ya go one uses interpolate the other Move to but there's more ways to do this like change motion linear velocity x etc etc.
