I want to have climbable ladders in a platitudes, but I do not want my player to be able to jump off them in the middle. Similar to donkey kong. They ALS need to be pass by the ladders and move up and down. Any suggestions

I don't mean to be rude but, have you not been listening to everyone around here lately? Even Tshirtbooth said. If someone asks for help, they should get help. Not a link, advertisement or suggestion to someone's template or application that has to be paid for. Sorry but it bugs me.

I actually have the template, but the ladder par only goes up..... Mine needs to go down and prevent the user from jumping off, the trick is how to make the level collide and not. Collide at the right time.

um no i have not see that post, and i help so many people this is the first one i don't know. i've made people a few demos myself. if anyone hates paid templates, i'm that guy. but sometimes you have to accept the fact that they are good and useful, and they sort of deserve to get paid for their work .

back on topic... portyman, id suggest explaining your questions better when you post them. and on the up and down. just make an invisible actor over the lader space and say on overlap or collide, make attribute true. and have a rule in the actors settings, if attribute is true, make your physics rules for gravity going down turn off. then to keep them for falling off i guess you could just make two long invisible actors to serve as walls.
