Rights to publish ?

If I am sending my game to someone , to help me with a few things . Will he be able to publish it or do I have to give him the rights to do so ?

Afraid i'm gojng to get scammed

    umm once you send him the game he can do whatever he wants with it"technicallly" unless you already submitted it to the appstore. So be careful.
