Just wanted to say that we really have it good with the tools that Apple give us. iWeb has made it real easy to put up something relatively decent in a short period of time.
Another thing I would strongly recommend is a system like http://posterous.com. Posterous allows me to simply e-mail my updates and media to one place and it automatically populates all the social media and networking sites I've registered for my app's community.
