acceptable iPad ram level?

I know you want to keep it under 40-50 for the original iPhone / iPhone 3G, but what's a good benchmark for the iPad? I know I've seen it before, but the search has failed me

I would say about 80-90MB...

You can push it higher, but then you start to get in the danger zone.
