How do you pause interpolate?

Recently I started working on a global pause attribute, so I am wondering: how do you actually pause interpolate? I tried some things but I can't make it work.

Ideas?

    YouKnowMe ... it is believed that a very effective Pause feature that allows things beyond what you and I might generally think pause is for ... is in the pipeline as some members here are beta testers of the new releases.

    I have seen those people post to others that it is coming and well worth not doing a pause workaround yourself. I hope that is of some help to you.
